Shipping & Returns

In most cases items will ship 24-48 hours after receiving your order. If the item is not in stock and we anticipate it will be more than a week before shipping, we will contact you for further instructions.

We will gladly accept returns for merchandise that is defective upon receipt. Please notify us immediately by email at customerservice@americanmadeoutdoorz.com so that we can give you instructions for returning and replacing the item. Please include your name, order number, product name, picture of the defective item, picture of the shipping box & label and the specific problem you have encountered.  Without these items a damaged claim can not be filed and the merchandise can not be returned or refunded.  All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of product. Please note we do not accept returns for any reason except for products that are defective upon receipt. If, under our sole discretion, an item is accepted for return for reasons other than defect, the item is subject to restocking/repacking fees of from 20%. *Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.  

Important! No items will be accepted for return without a specific return authorization. Please note that you must return the product to us within 7 days after you receive return instructions. Please include all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product and make sure it is packaged to avoid damage. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to additional fees of from 20% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused for return.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable. To avoid costly returns, please contact us with any questions before you place your order. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.
